A Dream Space

A largely unused storage space on 1st ave B, the warehouse was the perfect space to turn dreams into reality. The warehouse, built in the 1920’s, has a story all of its own. In its former life, it was a roofing company, a storage facility and even an ice cream shop. Its history was long and vibrant, a creative’s dream match. It was in this space that Ivy and Rose was dreamt.

Born from a need to move and gather, the Ivy + Rose is a true event space through and through; a blank canvas for guests and creatives to paint upon. Motivated by the desire to create a light and airy space, the majority of the warehouse was opened up to accommodate for larger gatherings and weddings. With private parking, outdoor patio space, an ideal location, preparation rooms, and space to allow for both ceremonies and receptions, the Ivy + Rose gives patrons an inclusive and customizable location for any event.

Along with a desire to provide a unique wedding venue to our area, the Ivy + Rose is an ideal creative space. East facing windows bring in natural light, white washed walls make every color vibrant and a garage door entry that make large props a breeze, photographers are able to utilize Ivy + Rose as a creative outlet. No photoshoot it too big or bold for this canvas.
